Our policies
What to know before you book. Prices are set by the spa and shown on the booking page.
Booking and deposits
Book online or call the front desk. A card holds day access for one guest, a treatment for two or more guests and any group, and it goes toward your visit. A single treatment on its own doesn't need one.
Canceling and running late
Please tell us at least 24 hours before day access, or 48 hours before a treatment, and we will move it or cancel it without trouble. If you arrive late, we shorten your treatment so the next guest isn't kept waiting.
If you miss an appointment
If you miss a visit without telling us, the card on your booking may be charged under the spa's terms, which you see before you confirm. Call us if something comes up; we would rather move you.
Children and companions
Day access, the pools and the heat are for guests 18 and over. Treatments are for guests 16 and over; a parent or guardian books for anyone under 18 and waits in the lobby. We have no family day and no children's session.
Patch tests and allergies
Tell us about allergies and sensitivities when you book and again at the talk before your treatment. We can tell you every product we use, and we will test a product on a small area of skin first when you ask.
If you're not happy
If you aren't happy, tell us within a few days and we will make it right with you, whether that means another visit or a conversation about what went wrong.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never added to your bill. Leave one at the desk or on your card for whoever looked after you.
Using the thermal areas
Wear a swimsuit in the pools, the hot pool and the plunge, and a towel to sit on in the sauna. We lend a robe, sandals and a towel. Shower first and tie long hair up. The sauna, the hot pool and the plunge are for guests 18 and over.
When to ask your doctor first
If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, or have been told by your doctor to take care with heat, ask your doctor before using the sauna, the hot pool or a body wrap. Leave a hot room if you feel dizzy or unwell.
Phones and quiet
Please keep your phone in your locker, or on silent, in the lounge and the treatment rooms. No phones or photos where guests are changing or resting.
