How pricing works
Prices are set by the spa and shown on the booking page before you confirm. Here is what sets them.
What decides the price
Day access is priced by the day, and a treatment by its length and kind: massage, facial or body. Hot stones, a scalp massage and a second therapist for a couple are added to that.

What the consultation covers
Every treatment begins with a few minutes about pressure, areas to avoid and anything you want us to know that day. For a facial, the esthetician looks at your skin first. The talk is part of your treatment time.
Deposits
A card holds a day-access booking, a treatment for two or more guests and any group. It goes toward your visit. A single treatment on its own doesn't need one.
Move or cancel day access up to 24 hours before your time, and a treatment up to 48 hours before. If you arrive late, we shorten the treatment so the next guest isn't kept waiting.
How levels set the price
A senior therapist or esthetician may be priced differently from another. The booking page shows who you are booking and what that costs before you confirm.
Add-ons and changes on the day
Ask for an add-on when you book, or tell your therapist on the day. We agree to it before we start, and the time is added to your visit if the schedule allows.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never added to your bill. Leave one at the desk or on your card for whoever looked after you.
A gift card works for any amount, for day access or any treatment. Buy one online or at the front desk. Ask us about expiry in California.
